Anyway, I was zipping across
country when I received a phone call from my friend Puebla in Arizona.
She invited me out to see some of the sites in AZ. She was a bit
shocked when I pulled up in the Woodie, but jumped in anyway and off we
went.
First stop was the Grand Canyon and you
know me! I just had to drive down there to see it all. |

If you look closely you can see us driving
on the bottom of the canyon. Puebla kept wanting to drive but
I'm the only one who has a license. |
We went through the Painted Desert too.
It sure is hot in AZ. I was really happy the Woodie had air
conditioning. |

|
Arizona has this big crater where a meteor
hit. We took the Woodie down the crater to explore the bottom
of it. |
The last thing we did was drive through
the Tonto Natural Bridge. It was a tight squeeze but the Woodie
did it. |
|
I sure enjoyed my time in Arizona.
They had a lot of cool things to see, but it was too dang hot for me.
They didn't have many places to swim to cool off either. So I dropped
off Puebla and headed off into the Arizona sunset.
